How We Heal

UNDERSTANDING OUR WORK

The Science and the Soul of Healing

Healing can feel like a mystery, full of language that sounds beautiful but rarely gets explained. This page is our attempt to change that. Here we walk you through how we actually work, what the modalities mean, and why we believe the body, the mind, and the spirit have to be cared for together. None of this asks you to abandon reason. It asks you to widen it.

THE FOUNDATION

Unified Integrative Medicine

Unified integrative medicine, developed by Dr. Nader Butto over more than 25 years, fully integrates conventional medicine and alternative medicine, blending science with spirituality across the three human dimensions: the physical body, the mind, and the soul. The approach relies on two essential and measurable indicators through which the degree of illness or healing can be determined: the level of stress and the level of vitality in the cells of the body. The work of therapist and patient together is to raise vitality and lower stress, in order to achieve complete wellbeing in all aspects of life, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. This approach regards illness as a symptom rooted in an emotional crisis, and liberating oneself from that crisis, within the framework of one’s development journey, is the path to recovery.

THE LIFESTYLE

Increasing Vitality

When an emotional or physical state stops serving us, two things are usually happening at once. The vitality of our cells has dropped, and somewhere in our story there is a crisis that was never fully processed or completed. The second calls for guided emotional work. The first is something you can tend every single day. Raising vitality is less a treatment than a way of living: fresh vegetable juices, time in the sun, nourishing food, sleep that begins early enough to restore you, regular movement that strengthens both muscles and heart, and a few quiet minutes of self care before bed. Small, consistent habits keep the body’s energy high, and a body with high vitality has far more capacity to heal.

THE RELEASE

The Emotional Energetic Wash

The emotional energetic wash is designed to release the energetic blockages that psychological crises leave behind. By renewing the flow between the body’s two principal poles, freeing the seven energy centers, and opening the energy channels, the wash allows access to material the conscious mind cannot usually reach. Memories and emotions connected to unresolved crises are gently washed to the surface, without the limits we normally place on them, on both the physical and mental planes. A careful assessment comes first, and unhurried emotional processing follows, so that what arises can become insight, release, and a genuine sense of lightness.

THE PSYCHE

The FEEL Method

FEEL stands for Fast Emotional Elaboration and Liberation, and it does exactly what the name promises. It is a structured, surprisingly quick way of processing emotions that have hardened into fear, phobia, or anxiety. Together we identify the source of the distress, notice its intensity, its colour, and where it sits in the body, and then locate the energy point connected to it. Gentle stimulation of that point, combined with eye movements and breathing that calm the nervous system, interrupts the loop the brain has been stuck in. Many fears soften or dissolve in a matter of minutes, whether or not you ever learn where they began. FEEL works as a brief standalone session or woven into a longer course of care.

THE DEEPER WORK

The TTRT Method

TTRT, the Trans Temporal Regression Technique, works with the experiences the soul carries that cannot be traced to anything in this lifetime: the fear of water that has no origin, the anxiety that seems older than you are. The process is not hypnosis. You remain fully awake and aware while a gentle rocking movement, done standing, opens a connection to the deeper stream of memory within. Rather than reliving an event through raw emotion, you observe it through calm awareness, understand what it came to teach, and let it take its place among life’s completed lessons. TTRT is a short practice, often ten to fifteen minutes, and is usually woven into an energetic wash session.

THE MAP

The Human Code

The Human Code is a diagnostic language for understanding who you essentially are. Drawing on 64 distinct codes read through facial features and body structure, it maps your character, temperament, and natural ways of moving through the world: the strengths you arrived with, and the lessons your life keeps offering you. Knowing your own code brings clarity to decisions, relationships, and work. Within a healing process it lets the practitioner understand you quickly and precisely, so the work can focus on what actually matters for you rather than on guesswork.

THE INTEGRATION

Where Spirituality and Science Meet

We hold the soulful side of this work alongside a genuine respect for biology. Functional and integrative approaches look at the body as a connected system, asking how sleep, nutrition, stress, and physiology influence one another rather than treating each in isolation. Where it helps, careful assessment can reveal patterns that a quick appointment might miss. We use this grounding not to reduce you to a set of measurements, but to make sure the deeper work rests on a clear understanding of what your body is actually asking for. Science gives us the map. The soul reminds us where we are trying to go.

YOUR FIRST STEP

Curious Where to Begin?

You do not need to understand everything on this page to start. Most journeys begin with a single conversation, a chance to share where you are and to feel whether this approach is right for you. Whenever you are ready, we are here.
