Individual Sessions are the core of our practice — one-on-one work integrating somatic experiencing and narrative therapy to restore balance. Deep Healing Sessions are longer, more immersive experiences using extended somatic work and ancestral clearing for those ready to go deeper.

No. Our work is integrative and complementary. We honour the value of conventional medicine and encourage you to continue care with your physician or therapist. Think of us as a sanctuary that supports the whole of you alongside the care you already receive.

Everyone is different. Many describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and more at home in their body. Healing is a practice rather than a single destination, so we focus on gentle, lasting change over time.

There is no fixed number. Some find profound shifts in a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support as part of their rhythm of wellbeing. After your first visit, we will suggest a cadence that feels right for you — never more than you need.
