Welcome to Curate Wellbeing. These Terms & Consent are intended to create a clear, respectful, and supportive experience for everyone who books a session with us.

By booking a Discovery Call or Individual Session with Curate Wellbeing, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.

Our Services

Curate Wellbeing offers online holistic wellbeing sessions intended to support reflection, emotional awareness, grounding, personal growth, and overall wellbeing.

Sessions may include conversation, guided reflection, energy-based practices, grounding exercises, body awareness, and other supportive wellbeing approaches.

Curate Wellbeing does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, crisis intervention, psychiatric care, or medical advice. Our services are intended to support your wellbeing and are not a replacement for care from a physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, counsellor, or other regulated healthcare professional.

We do not guarantee a particular result, outcome, improvement, breakthrough, or resolution from any session. Every person’s experience is different.

Discovery Calls

The 30-minute Discovery Call is complimentary and is intended to help us learn more about what you are looking for, answer general questions, and determine whether Curate Wellbeing may be a suitable fit for you.

A Discovery Call is not a treatment session, medical consultation, emergency service, crisis service, or substitute for professional healthcare.

There is no obligation to book a paid session after a Discovery Call.

Your Participation

Your participation in all sessions is voluntary.

You may pause, decline, change, or stop any conversation, activity, or practice at any time. You are encouraged to communicate your preferences, boundaries, needs, and concerns throughout the session.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, wellbeing, and use of anything discussed during or after a session.

Please seek advice from an appropriate regulated healthcare professional when needed. Do not delay, stop, or change medical treatment based only on information discussed during a Curate Wellbeing session.

Online Sessions

All Curate Wellbeing sessions are delivered online.

Please join from a private, safe, and comfortable location whenever possible. Do not attend a session while driving, operating equipment, caring for a child without appropriate support, or in any situation that requires your full attention.

You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, physical environment, and privacy during the session.

For your privacy and the privacy of others, sessions may not be recorded, photographed, shared, or reproduced without prior written permission from Curate Wellbeing.

Emergencies and Crisis Support

Curate Wellbeing is not an emergency or crisis service.

If you are experiencing an emergency, immediate risk of harm, or urgent mental health concern, please contact 911, visit your nearest emergency department, or contact a local crisis support service.

If you are in Canada, you may call or text 9-8-8 for suicide crisis support.

Fees and Payment

The fee for a 60-minute Individual Session is shown at the time of booking.

Payment is required to confirm your appointment unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change.

You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Missed appointments may also be charged in full.

If Curate Wellbeing needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered another available appointment time or a refund where applicable.

Respectful Communication

Curate Wellbeing is committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and supportive environment.

We reserve the right to decline, pause, or end a session where there is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, inappropriate, unlawful, or unsafe behaviour.

Privacy

We collect only the information reasonably needed to schedule and provide services, communicate with you, process payment, and support your client experience.

This may include your name, email address, phone number, booking details, payment information, and any information you voluntarily share through the booking process or during a session.

Your personal information will not be sold.

We may use trusted third-party providers for booking, video sessions, payment processing, website hosting, and email communication. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive, urgent, or confidential information by email or through online booking forms.

Changes to These Terms

Curate Wellbeing may update these Terms & Consent from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website.

Agreement

By booking a session with Curate Wellbeing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Consent, including the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
